This roof refurbishment was for a home in Sutton Coldfield where we visited our client in Sutton Coldfield and gave them all the options available to help meet their budgetry requirements.

Roof refurbishment being carried out meant that the old hand made clay tiles were taken off carefully and re-used once the new breathable felt had been laid and the new treated roof batten fitted. We then installed new lead work and all mortar work carried out where necessary.
