New roofing on a semi detached property in Sutton Coldfield
After stripping the existing roof coverings, our team installed new under felt and timber tile battens. We then fitted composite slate tile, before fixing the ridges.
We completed the project by installing new uPVC fascias, soffit boards and guttering. Finally, we added new lead flashings to the chimney area. Our customer was delighted with the finished look.
Renewable of flat bay roofing in Sutton Coldfield
We began this project by removing the old flat bay roof coverings and applying the first layer of felt. After fixing hardboard drip to the edges, we were apply to apply the second layer and third layer.
As shown the in images above, the new flat bay roof covering was complete and ready for tiling.
